My Brest Friend currently only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Brest Friend. We will accept a return or exchange, with the original receipt, within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packing. Vitamins can only be returned if the seal on the bottle is still intact.
A refund of the price of the product (along with any taxes) will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
Please follow the directions below when sending in your return.
- Send item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available please include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
- If exchanging, please include the product number of the item in which you would like to exchange for.
- Use a trackable shipping method (example: UPS). We are not responsible for items lost during the returned shipping process.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service at 415-673-3260 within 30 days of delivery. We will make every effort to replace your damaged or defective item with a replacement product as soon as possible. We will pay for shipping on damaged or defective items.
Please note that to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the damaged or defective item; you must contact our customer service department before returning the item.
Orders shipped within CA are charged sales tax.

We apologize but we cannot accept international orders at this time. Please consult the Store Locator section of our website to find a retailer or distributor in your country.
