SHIPPING

Pillows and large items purchased on our website ship via Fedex Ground. Slipcovers, nipple cream and vitamins ship via USPS. All items are delivered within 14 business days from the date of order. Questions? Please contact us at INFO@MYBRESTFRIEND.COM.

Faster Shipping: If you need any items sooner, please feel free to check with any of our online retail partners or stores within your neighbourhood that may be able to expedite delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

My Brest Friend currently ships to select international destinations through the Global E service, allowing customers to complete purchases in the recipient's local currency for added convenience. While international shipping options are expanding, certain regions may still be excluded due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. It's important for customers to verify destination availability during checkout. Please note that all international orders are considered final sale—no returns are necessary or accepted for these shipments. This policy ensures a streamlined, efficient process for global deliveries.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Customer Service at 415-785-3890 ext. 1. within 30 days of delivery. We will make every effort to replace your damaged/defective item with an identical replacement product immediately. We will pay for return shipping on damaged/defective items.

Please note that to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the damaged or defective item; you must contact our customer service department before returning the item.


SALES TAX

Orders shipped within CA are charged sales tax.
